Montpellier, France! We arrived Saturday in a sort-of-awake blur. I really don't sleep on planes any more, and Lisa spent her flight being poked and kicked in the seat back by a smelly urchin behind her. So the first order of business was to stay awake until bedtime.
Here's the Place de la Comedie, named for the theater you can see at the center far end of the plaza. On the streets where we stayed, it was very rare to see any cars or trucks--nice for the atmosphere and for your peace of mind. The weather was in the high 70s during the day and 60s at night, so, great for strolling.
