Monday night we had awesome French tapas at L'Endroit, which wisely features Italian ingredients for some of its best offerings. We enjoyed cured Italian ham with white truffles; chicken skewers in a creamy clove sauce; and local cheeses. I think the standout here was a veal filet mignon, tender and melt-in-your-mouth sweet, served with a dense Parmesan risotto. A different glass of wine with each and the price?
